Catherine is the co Chief Operating Officer of Phoenix Court, founded in 2015, and home of LocalGlobe, EMEA’s number one venture fund.

She is an international C-suite leader with over two decades of experience at UBS (2004-2017) and the SoftBank Vision Fund (2017-2022), gaining an excellent general commercial background and a strong track record in the Governance, People, Reward and ESG fields.

Catherine is an established Board Director with experience as both an executive and non-executive board member, and deep Remuneration Committee expertise. She has operated in regulated positions under the UK Financial Conduct Authority Regime and the Jersey Financial Services Commission.

She writes and speaks on topics including the future of work, corporate culture and purpose, diversity and inclusion, and work/life integration.
